A scheduled visit every other month, with up to 60 minutes of seasonal checks and minor repair work combined. Send me a list a few days before our scheduled visit of the items you want me to look at.

HOME CARE PLUS
A scheduled visit every month with the same 60-minute allowance, plus a separate annual Home Health Assessment after 12 paid months.

Both plans include a maintenance record, priority scheduling subject to availability, and 10% off my standard labor charges for additional work. Home Care Plus members get first priority among members.

Materials and extra labor are separate and approved before work begins. Larger projects receive a separate quote. Month-to-month billing with 30 days' cancellation notice. Full terms provided before enrollment.
